Welcome to the Journey to Hope website! Journey to Hope is a registered non-profit organization in Hong Kong, dedicated to igniting hope through acts of kindness and sowing seeds that warm hearts. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your participation in our activities (including volunteer recruitment, donations, environmental conservation, spiritual wellness, community care, and communication education projects). By using this website or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Usage

Purpose of Use: This website provides information about the Society, event registration, volunteer applications, and donation services. It is for personal, non-commercial use only.

User Responsibilities: You agree not to use the Site in any illegal or unauthorized manner, including uploading malicious software, infringing copyrights, or interfering with the functionality of the Site.

Content Ownership: All content (text, images, videos, etc.) on this website is the property of Wish Travel Agency or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

2. Volunteer participation

Eligibility: Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, or have a guardian's consent to participate. All volunteers must adhere to the activities and safety requirements of the Society.

Responsibilities: Volunteers must assume their own personal safety risks when participating in activities (such as beach cleanups, yoga classes, and lectures). The Volunteer Association is not responsible for any accidents or losses.

Information provided: Volunteers must provide real personal information (such as name and contact information). Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Participation in activities

Registration: Accurate information is required for event registration. Some activities may charge fees (such as yoga class material fees). Details will be provided during registration.

Cancellation or Change: Journey to the West reserves the right to cancel or change the event due to weather, safety or other force majeure factors. Participants will be notified.

Code of Conduct: Participants must respect the activity guidelines. The association may refuse participation to those who violate the rules.

Responsibilities: Volunteers must assume their own personal safety risks when participating in activities (such as beach cleanups, yoga classes, and lectures). The Volunteer Association is not responsible for any accidents or losses.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Wish Travel Society is not responsible for technical problems, data loss or indirect loss in the website or activities (unless due to our negligence or intentional behavior).

The website may contain third-party links, and Yuanxingshe is not responsible for their content or services.
